The Engineering Medical Innovation Global Competition (EMedic Global) is a global competition for clinically-driven and client-centered engineering innovations in medicine. EMedic Global is dedicated to education and competition, advancement of'http://139.162.46.108/~hkulaw/ Biomedical Engineering, and the development of international exchange.

Submissions will be open to university students around the world. Each submission would be in the form of a short video presentation plus a summary poster. The best 12-15 teams will be selected as the EMedic Global finalists. Finalist teams will be invited to Hong Kong for the on-site final competition and award presentations. CUHK will provide accommodation to all the finalists (up to 4 students plus one faculty advisor per team).

The scope of competition includes:

Health screening & diagnostic devices
Medical monitoring devices
Non-implantable therapeutic devices
Implantable therapeutic devices
